Bon is thrilled to return to the Baritone part after a brief stint singing Lead with Taylor Street Union (2001 & 2002 Region #3 quartet champs). She’s hoping to repeat the success she had the last time she sang Baritone in a quartet when, in Reno, Nevada, she actually made a little bit of barbershop history. Yes, Bon is honored to be part of a small and unique group of Sweet Adelines who happened to win both the International Quartet and Chorus Championships in the same year (in fact, on the same day!) as the Baritone of Chicago Fire (1995 International Quartet Champions) and singing Baritone with the Melodeers (1995 International Chorus Champions).

Bon was a Melodeer (where she met Dawn and Helen) for 20+ years, remaining with them through the third of their four International Championships. Bon directed the Valley Lights Chorus after Helen handed over the baton and she was also Assistant Director of Melodeers for several years. After a brief hiatus from Chorus membership, she joined Debi and is singing with the Choral-Aires Chorus.

When she’s not busy with all things barbershop, Bon is the Manager of Quality Assurance for a software medical device manufacturer with a specialty application for Blood Banks. When she gets a free minute or two she enjoys reading, crocheting, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
